Before you send your DVDs to Movie
Exchange:
Step 1: Complete your list of DVDs for exchange using our web
site to determine the exchange value.
Step 2: Include a copy of your list
of movies and instructions as to which movies you want in
exchange.
Step 3: Carefully pack your DVDs to
prevent damage during shipping.
Step 4: Send your DVDs to:

After your DVDs are received by Movie
Exchange:
Step 1: We will notify you by e-mail that we have received
your DVDs.
Step 2: Your exchange movie credit
will be issued as soon as the quality of your used DVDs is verified as
acceptable. Please see Important Information for complete information on the requirements for a
DVD to be accepted. Normally this process takes three (3) working days
after receipt. We will notify you via e-mail the day the day your
exchange credit is issued.
