Starring: In this sexual coming-of-age story, Greg Ruffner and Todd Keller are graduating high school seniors, whom we meet at a graduation party. Both are virgins. Todd can't get what he wants from his girlfriend, Cynthia Brooks. Greg can't get anything from anybody. Their older friend Eric Edwards is there cruising for babes, whom he gets in the form of first Renee Summers and then Angel West. While this is going on, Marc Wallice and Ann Whiting get close. Eric, Greg, and Todd then leave the party to look for some action in town. Rosey Marie, Misty Dawn, and Mary Ann Richards are friends who decide to pick up a cute guy and see if they can get him off ten times in one night. Greg is the lucky one they pick. Eric and Todd go to a bar where Eric connects with hookers Janey Robbins and Shanna Evens. Todd leaves and is picked up by Dushka, an older woman who takes him home and gathers his cherry. The next morning Todd visits Cynthia in her bedroom. She has a change of mind and offers him her cherry. This is a mighty big cast, but all do a nice job.
This was produced by the Swedish Erotica organization, which by this time was producing good features in addition to their very fine loops. This is a good production with a wide assortment of sets and settings, good technical work, a nice script, and good theme and background music. My only gripe is that in a few scenes the penetration took place in deep shadows, which is always bad.
Among the nine sex scenes there is something foe every taste. The Dushka-Todd and Cynthia-Todd scenes are soft and tender. Most of the others are harder and more enegetic, with the Janey-Shann-Eric scene very raunchy, mainly because of Janey's wonderfully slutty personality. There are no fewer than four anal scenes, courtesy of Renee, Ann, Mary Ann, and Janey. Big tit fans will enjoy Ann.
Gonzos and wall-to-walls have their appeal, but for me there is no better way to set up a sex scene than plotted porn. Even though the plot here is pretty basic (Three guys go looking for sex on a Saturday night and find it), thesex scenes are just a lot more appealing when they feature likeable characters in (more or less) plausible situations. Compare this to seeing a strange woman say, in broken English, "Hello. My name is Ummi. I'am 19 years old, and come from Lower Slobovia", and then see her strip and immediately start giving a blowjob to a nameless man.
This is yet another film about teenagers where the male leads look way too old for their parts.
This has everything I want to see in a porn film. While there are a few minor shortcomings, it is overall a solid 9.
