Technically the star of the video is Kelly Blue --or at least she deserved it more. Damn! She's fine!
As per the performances they all are interesting, considering the girls were good sports and took it up the butt without fuzz.
The guys? Well, their acting leaves much to be desired, but then again acting is not the reason why porn is sold.
In terms of the plot it is quite unimaginative. It all revolves around this clinic ran by "doctor sphincter" which gives treatment to women interested in anal sex.
This is pretty much the same kind of deal in a couple of the caught from behind series with Ron Jeremy playing the doctor. To be honest, Ron was much more funny than the guy in this one.
It's good. Kelly Blue is such a good looking girl that her alone is a good reason to see it. And if you're into anal, of course, you're going to have a lot of material to indulge with.

Well, perhaps the acting of the guy who plays the doctor, but then again that can fast forwarded easily.
