Starring: The Diamond Collection was a series of loops produced in the 70's and early 80's. This is a compilation of 14 of them. There were no credits given originally or now, but I recognize some of the performers, including Sharon Kane, Linda Shaw, and Tara Aire. Of the men, there are Tom Byron (in two, looking very young), Marc Wallice, Francois Papillon, R. Bolla, John Seeman, Blake Palmer, Don Fernando, and Dan T. Mann. Most of the women are anonymous, but they are still very pretty and some are real dolls. Their performances were surprisingly good.

The productions were basically well done. Loops, of course, never invested in sets, but the filming, lighting, and editing were professional. The sound ranged from decent to dreadful. Since the compilation is on extended play, with over 3 1/2 hours running time, the image quality leaves something to be desired.

As with any compilation, it varied from loop to loop, but overall they show good sexual heat. The producer casted some hot women and mostly pro men. The director got fine performances out of them. This stuff may be old, but it has real turn-on value.

The last loop on the tape featured Sharon Kane as a wife alone at home imagining hot sex between a knockout brunette with cover-girl looks and the sculpted stud Francois Papillon. The scene ends in a strong anal (the only anal scene on the tape). This scene is just terrific by any time's standards.

The poor sound and image contrast.

This has more than nostalgia value; it is just good porn, and worth an 8. Also, you get a lot of action for your buck.
