Starring: Nina Hartley, Alicia Monet, and Tom Byron get most of the screen time in this Henri Pachard-directed video, although Krista Lane, Alexa Park, Joey Silvera and Jon Martin also had some chances to perform sexually. This is a cast of porn's more stalwart late-80s all-stars, though not one of their best outings. The plot is negligible: Marrieds Nina and Tom are playing around on each other -- with the same lover, no less -- and it takes a while for them to come to terms with infidelity. In typical porn fashion, both learn to accept it and share in some three-way fun.

Pretty slender. Pachard uses only two or three indoor sets, none of them anything to write home about. However, the videography is crisp, sound is good, and the editing is serviceable.

Pretty hot, for such a pedestrian vid. The women all look luscious, and Alicia is a bit cool, Nina, Krista and Alexa are very enthusiastic in their sex scenes. The first scene shows Krista teasing, then fucking Joey on a pool table, though he leaves her high and dry to anticipate a poker game next evening. There, Joey bets and "loses" Krista to professional gambler Tom, and she and Alexa give Tom a terrific trio experience -- just as Nina walks in, back from business trip. Distraught, Nina seeks comfort in the arms of Alicia, and their lesbo couplings is a treat. Them Tom seeks out Alicia for some advice, and they wind up balling on the couch. Determined to get back at Tom, Nina takes on Joey and Jon for another blistering threesome. Finally, Nina and Tom reach an understanding, and they celebrate with the assistance of their mutual buddy Alicia.

(1) Nina and Krista's horniness, Tom's studiness, Alicia's gorgeousness. It's largely a matter of your taste in porn performers from this era. These are among the best, and even mediocre performances from them -- and these are hardly mediocre -- were arousing as hell, especially in the group scenes. (2) On my tape, anyway, Cal Vista tacked on a bonus: Jim Holliday introducing "the most famous stag film ever made," "Smark Aleck. " This is a real old-time "smoker" from the early '50s, black-and-white, with blurry, overlit cinematography and no sound. BUT -- it does star the cute, busty Candy Barr, and she performs a hot fuck with some lucky, anonymous guy. To spice it up further, when Candy doesn't wan to take her lover's cock in her mouth, she summons a girlfriend who gives the requisite blow job. All-in-all, not bad for its day.

Very bare plot and sets, Alicia's coolness in her sex scenes, and a surprising abscene of money shots in most scenes, as though Pachard was trying to shoot this one in one afternoon and didn't want to wear out the boys.

Again, a mostly pedestrian effort with a cast that, individually, did much better work elsewhere. , but still looks great and works fairly well here. On the strength of the cast, I'll give it 6 and add another point for the "Smart Aleck" bonus. RATING: 7
