I bought this movie strictly because of Shyla, I had never seen her in anything before and had heard good things about this one, all the way around. Shyla was good, maybe even great concidering she had sex with that goof ball Tony Tedeschi. The others? Well they really didn't do much for me, I'll explain more if you read on. . .

There is absolutly no doubt this is a high budget picture, my problem with the film in general is they went for a real *artsy* vibe. One woman whole body is painted white with sparkly shit all over, and all the scenes except the one with Shyla & Tony have only music, no not that cheesy 70's porn-funk we all love (in a weird way) it's real mellow and artsy. To me this takes away from the sex, a big part of a good scene to me is being able to verbally hear the female and how into it she is. Also they threw in a bunch of slow motion. If you don't mind anything I have th gripe about then my all means pick this movie up.

Well, it's fairly hot I suppose, the painted bodies and slow mo and weird music took a lot of what I could have enjoyed away. Shyla is AMAZING! She is unbelievably beautiful, makes me wonder "I can't belive that goof ball Tony got to sex her up!" Her scene with him is nothing amazing, some kissing (not enough) some tittie suckin a nice lil' blow job, you know the basics. She has a 2nd scene, that one is all artsy, she has a ring of leavesaround her head *shrug* I sure wish it had her moaning and not that music! Anyways the movie to me, wasn't super erotic, and nowhere near what people had been telling me about it.

Shyla Shyla. . . . she is the closest thing to perfection on the screen, even with enhanced breasts, which I'm against I cannot find a single thing wrong with her, well except she hasn't givin me a chance :)

The music on all but 1 of the scenes, the weird camera views, the females painted up, there isn't much acting at all but they managed to work in about a minute of GOD AWEFUL lines. Just plain tacky. To sum it up I did not feel the whole big budget art vibe.

Hummm honestly I hate this movie, I would have sent it back but Shyla is so incrediable I just couldn't bring my-self to do it. I give it a 6, now if you're into the strange/art/music flicks this would be perfect for you. But it didn't do a thing for me.

High Expectations' Rating:

Starring: Misty Rain, Shyla Foxxx, Laura Palmer, Roxanne Hall, Sunny, Chloe Nichol, Lauren Tracy, Tony Tedeschi, Marc Wallace Alex Sanders
The premise of the movie is that an unmotivated photographer (Tony Tedeschi) is haunted by the image of his idea of female perfection, the Blue Dahlia. His pursuit of this image eventually leads him to his doom (or at least it leads him to the end of the movie). This premise allows for an explosive fantasy opening scene featuring Roxanne and Chloe doing a g/g warmup before being joined by Marc Wallace. All three are sporting body glitter, which works for me, though my wife thought Chloe's glitter was freckles. We then switch to some inane dialog between Tony Tedeschi and Shyla Foxxx. Luckily, it doesn't last too long before they start to have sex (and not a moment too soon, because Tony's white suit is starting to burn the phosphor off my monitor). Shyla looks like she's fantasizing about being with someone other than the pasty white Tony, but she manages to keep a smile on her face through most off it. The sex is hot and Tony manages to unload jets of cum across her lips. Sunny and Lauren Tracy then show up for a photo shoot/4-way which is, frankly, boring. In a seque that lasts way too long, Tony chases everyone out of his pad by threatening to try an act some more, and we reach another fantasy scene featuring Laura Palmer in atrocious makeup. Misty Rain finally shows up and hangs around for more than 3 seconds for some obligatory g/g stuff which seems to be a contest to see which woman can rub the others clitoris completely off. Neither looks the least bit aroused. The ffwd button soon brings and end to this and the two are joined by a Alex Sanders with a recorder. Misty gets bored and walks off, leaving Laura to pass the time. Inexplicably, Shyla Foxx shows up dressed in ivy, but she is a welcome addition as she promptly gets fucked, warming Alex up enough so that he finally manages to cum. After a short seque, Misty Rain finally gets her advertised 1st d. p. , but unfortunately it's by two of the ugliest guys on the planet. We mercifully don't see much of their faces as they get down to business in a most pedestrian fashion. After the quick d. p. , Misty hangs around for both them to shoot off on her face (it takes forever for the second guy).

The production values are high, though the lighting needs work in the second and third scenes.
DVD Features: Jump to a Scene - 'Nuf Said Biographies - More like the intros on 'The Dating Game' -- "Our next contestant, likes being in the sunshine and having her pussy eaten. She dislikes garlic breath. Please welcome from Long Beach, CA, Misty Rain. . . " And they list Luaren Tracy's name as Tracy Lauren. "Was that Dr. James Lewis or Dr. Lewis James?" Trailer - This is the best part of the whole disc DVD Releases - There are 20 DVD previews, which is great, because most of the previews convinced me I didn't want to waste my time or money with the title in question. Photo Session - A collection of stills from the movie Play Movie - Obvious Quick Tour - This is just 'Jump to a Scene'. I guess they thought that more menu items means more features. Web Site - Just a bad graphic for www. amazingsex. com Corp. Info - I learned that Metro Global Media, Inc. is a publicly traded company. . .

The heat in the first and second scenes fizzles out throughout the rest of the movie. Overall, it's just warm

I'm sitting on the fence on this one. It tries to be artsy like Zazel but never really makes it. And it certainly won't win any awards for DVD extras. It is about average for what I expect out of today's porn, so I'll give it a 5.
