"Japanese undercover agents from Osaka Special Branch have been dispatched to America to bust this hideous crime-ring. To insure the mission's success, detective Sam Dick has been assigned to the case by Midtown. He is joined by lovely agent Michico (Kristara Barrington). Together they test a tracking device which has been implanted in Michico's personal parts and soon detective Dick is hot on the trail; Meanwhile, Michico is captured by Lobo and groomed for the auctioneer's block but luckily Sam Dick is never far away.
